This exhibit showcases the work of the great Japanese artist, Hiroshige, known as one of the masters of ukiyo-e, an art form that flourished in Japan during the 19th century. It features various prints exploring the city of Tokyo, then known as Edo. Visitors can see Japan change through the seasons -- beneath cherry blossoms, summer rainstorms, falling maple leaves, and wintry dusks. The exhibition also includes modern photographs to show how Hiroshige’s landscapes transformed into today’s Tokyo.

Admission is free every first Saturday of the month.
