Dashi Tasting & Learning Section Prepare yourself for a culinary adventure featuring a selection of seven Dashi varieties. Here we offer a taste feast for your palate! You will be able to discover the art of savoring its intricate flavors and all its unique nuances. We suggest you explore this unique experience by bringing a close group of friends and loved ones!

Omakase Appetizer cooked with five different type of Dashi Presented by the chef of the official residence of the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations, the eating section is going to be a magical Omakase treat! Here you will experience an unforgettable evening that we promise to fill with the specialty flavors of Omakase, offering irresistible, authentic Japanese appetizers prepared with five distinct varieties of Dashi. An added layer of flavor is the fusion of Japanese and Western ingredients. Through this process you will not only enjoy delightful cuisines and uncover the enchantment of Umami, but you will also gain the tools to elevate your home-cooked dishes. Whether you are a seasoned food enthusiast or just starting off on a culinary exploration, this offering is for everyone!

Workshop & Lecture We invite you to join us for a Miso soup-making workshop and Dashi Learning session hosted by Dashi Okume! Explore the fundamental essence of dashi, the flavorful Japanese soup stock that underpins numerous traditional Japanese dishes with not only Japanese ingredients but also Western ingredients, promising a journey full of delicious surprises to amaze you!
