Jose Joaquin Garcia
Jose Joaquin Garcia, longtime member of the Puerto Rican Travelling Theater, presents his one man play, joined by musicians on piano, percussion, and bass. Entitled "How I Survived The Lower East Side in the 70's with my A.M. Radio,' Garcia tells both hilarious and poignant stories of growing up on Avenue C. Uniquely woven with the songs of the early 70's, Jose explores the power of music and resiliency.
