Top of the Rock Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center will offer an exclusive evening of music and a romantic sky bar in honor of Valentine’s Day on Sunday, February 14th, 2010 from 6-9:30pm. Guests will be treated to live music from the Joan Capra String Ensemble, complimentary with admission, as they take in the stunning 360-degree panorama of New York City.
