Arlo’s Living Room Gallery—Breaking Brushes: A Bold Panel on Women in Arts
Calling all art aficionados, appreciators, and collectors! It's time for the next opening reception for Arlo's Living Room Gallery created and curated by Jasmine Arakel in honor of Women’s History Month this March. Arlo Midtown is so excited to celebrate women in the arts with a panel of leading gallerists as we unveil the newest artwork in our series by female artist, Orit Fuchs: Life Is A Beach.
Join us on Wednesday, March 20th from 6pm to 9pm at Arlo Midtown in the Living Room for Breaking Brushes: A Bold Panel on Women in Arts, which features Jennifer Victor-Kordi from Guy Hepner, Avalon Ashley Bellos from DTR Modern, and Maryana Kaliner from FORMah, moderated by Jasmine Arakel. Observe the latest art installation, mingle with like-minded attendees, and listen to industry insights from Jasmine and Jennifer Victor-Kordi from Guy Hepner, Avalon Ashley Bellos from DTR Modern, and Maryana Kaliner from FORMah. This event is open to the public, so feel free to bring your friends, lovers, colleagues, and open minds for a night of fine art, drinks, and discussion.Complimentary drink tickets will be given to the first 50 attendees. There will also be a cash bar and all genders are invited to celebrate women in art!
Arlo’s Living Room Gallery was created and curated by Arakel in partnership with Arlo Hotels to showcase the works of celebrated artists in a space that is accessible to everyone in the community.

Art and community is part of Arlo’s core pillars and is apparent in their partnership with art curator Jasmine Arakel for Arlo Hotels’ Living Room Gallery program which features a rotating display of artworks from some of New York City’s most celebrated art galleries, including pieces from celebrated artists. The works are dispersed throughout the public areas of Arlo Hotels’ Manhattan locations, allowing guests and visitors to experience and appreciate collector-grade art in a welcoming and accessible environment. The pieces have been carefully selected to complement each hotel’s aesthetics, culture and identity. Past featured artists include Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami, Sebastian Magnani, KAWS amongst others.
