BronxWorks Landlord Assistance Program Workshop
Do you own a home with six units or less? Thinking about renting one or more of your units?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, come learn how our BronxWorks Landlord Assistance Program can help you!
Landlords who qualify for this program will receive: • Education on the various city subsidy programs • Free support to navigate the renting process • Checks for security deposits • Assistance with minor repairs (in order to pass HUD inspections) • Caseworkers to work with them and their tenants for 3 years • Advocacy assistance for back rent owed by tenants • And much more!
