Brooklyn Book Festival: Fest Day
Celebrating 20 years of bringing together readers, publishers, illustrators and authors, the Brooklyn Book Festival offers more than 130 free events over 9 days honoring literature and the written word! Highlights of the multi-day festival include an online Virtual Festival Day (September 14), Children's Day in Downtown Brooklyn (September 20), Festival Day in Downtown Brooklyn (September 21) and citywide Bookend events (September 14 - 22). On Festival Day, the largest literary celebration in the northeast, book lovers can immerse themselves in author discussions on 8 stages featuring award-winning and debut authors, or stroll through the literary marketplace featuring hundreds of publisher booths.
