Waterfront Workouts: Zumba
Get your blood pumping with this weekly free, fun, and exciting zumba class in Brooklyn Bridge Park! This all-level one hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities, led by instructors from Dodge YMCA. This is a part of Brooklyn Bridge Park's Waterfront Workouts series, offering free weekly workouts from May through September.
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program. The routines feature aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Note this class takes place on a paved area – sneakers are highly recommended!
Advance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows. Fitness waivers are required by all participants.
