ALBA Musik Album Release Concert
“ALBA” means ‘DAWN’ in Spanish.
It’s when light breaks through the darkness and we get to start anew.
“Alba” is also ‘AL’ for Albert Alabedra, guitarist and composer from Barcelona, Spain and ‘BA’ for Bárbara Martínez, flamenco singer/dancer from New York City.
Together, Bárbara and Albert have just finished recording a group of songs that are uplifting and vibrant and some describe them as healing, along with some popular flamenco songs. It’s flamenco, it’s Blues, it’s Jazz, it’s Funk. It swings and makes you want to listen all day and clap and move and shout OLE!
