NYC Labor Day Parade
Join the New York City Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO for the nation’s oldest and largest Labor Day Parade!
Across our City and Nation, workers are standing up, standing together, and demanding a say in critical decisions affecting their lives and livelihoods. And on Saturday, September 6th, tens of thousands of workers representing more than 200 unions and constituency groups will come together in a breathtaking celebration of solidarity, marching up New York’s City’s famed Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 64th Street. Come out and show your support for the working people and families who help make our City great!
The theme of this year’s parade is “Power in Unity” and we’re honored to be led by Co-Grand Marshals Rich Maroko, President of the Hotel and Gaming Trades Council, AFL-CIO, and Terri Carmichael Jackson, Executive Director of the Women’s National Basketball Players Association. Their leadership reflects both the resilience of organized labor and the growing role of women in shaping the future of our Movement. We look forward to seeing you on Fifth Avenue! #LDP2025
