Celebrated chefs will prepare the freshest fish in New York City, serving generous plates of traditional Celtic fare, hearty seafood stews, briny oysters, smoked and cured fish, buttery shellfish, and rustic accompaniments meant for sharing. All of it unfolds in one of the city’s most extraordinary dining spaces: the 400,000-square-foot refrigerator of the Fulton Fish Market. Our host, Chef Brian Duffy, will share stories about the cuisine and the Irish traditions behind it.
