Jewish Cookbook Social Club: Jeremy Salamon
Jewish Cookbook Social Club is The Neighborhood’s delicious new book club with a culinary twist. Each month between April and June, the club will focus on one incredible Jewish cookbook to cook and learn from in our own home kitchens. Then, we will come together in Gertie’s magical Brooklyn backyard to nosh and celebrate— including schmoozing and conversation between our chefs and award-winning cookbook author Leah Koenig!
This month’s culinary voyage will explore Second Generation, an expansive cookbook of modernized Hungarian-Jewish delights by Jeremy Salamon, a James Beard-nominated chef and owner of the beloved Agi’s Counter in Brooklyn.
