Broadway Rhythm
On Wednesdays from May 31 – September 27, diverse musical artists from MTA Music Under New York will perform a variety of genres, ranging from bluegrass to jazz, classic rock, pop and more.
From public art installations to live performances and fresh lemonade, New Yorkers and visitors will be able to experience a diverse mix of free community programs in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in the Garment District this summer, as the Garment District Alliance (GDA) unveils its Summer on Broadway lineup. Summer on Broadway is presented by GDA in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation’s Art Program, MTA Music Under New York, and The Tank. As part of Summer on Broadway, GDA will present a series of free weekly festivities on Broadway between 39th and 40th Street from 12 – 2PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
