On Thursdays from July 6 – August 31, pedestrians can cool down with free Renegade Lemonade at the Broadway Squeeze stand.
From public art installations to live performances and fresh lemonade, New Yorkers and visitors will be able to experience a diverse mix of free community programs in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in the Garment District this summer, as the Garment District Alliance (GDA) unveils its Summer on Broadway lineup. Summer on Broadway is presented by GDA in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation’s Art Program, MTA Music Under New York, and The Tank. As part of Summer on Broadway, GDA will present a series of free weekly festivities on Broadway between 39th and 40th Street from 12 – 2PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
