Korean restaurant Chimmelier and modern sool jib Jilli who have been building a cult following in California through their bold flavor and playful design rooted in Koreatown culture
WHAT:
Chimmelier and Jilli are coming to Brooklyn for a one-night pop-up so New Yorkers can enjoy refreshing, ice-cold Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, and Soju alongside:
Perilla Oil Noodles | buckwheat noodle, roasted seaweed crumble, perilla oil, perilla leaves
Galbi Frites | grilled short rib, seasoned fries
Rigatoni Alla Kimchi Vodka | not-too-spicy rigatoni vodka with washed kimchi, bacon & cheese
Jilli Kimbap | soy cured salmon jang, seaweed, rice
Shrimp Toast | deep fried minced shrimp within a toast with chili vinaigrette, topped with fresh microgreens
