NAME: Carbone Fine Food Run Club 2025 

WHAT: Carbone Fine Food is bringing its chef-driven pasta energy to the streets of SoHo with the debut of the Carbone Fine Food Run Club, a one-day Shakeout Run and carbo load inspired event ahead of the Marathon.

This streetside experience celebrates the Carbone Fine Food belief that fueling for the big day should be an unforgettable and delicious occasion for marathon runners, families, and friends. 

Following a Robin Hood, NYC’s largest local poverty-fighting philanthropy, organized Shakeout run, the public is invited to Jersey Street for bowls of signature Carbone Fine Food pasta and a taste of its newest sauce flavors hitting shelves this fall. Pop-up vendors will be situated throughout the event, including a dedicated craft station by Craft Studio to prepare signs for the big race and a gifting suite filled with new Carbone Fine Food Run Club swag, hydration aids, running supplies and more. 

The event is accessible on a first-come, first-served basis and 21+ restrictions apply.
