Japanese for Teens: Intro to Japanese through Pop Culture - Summer Online Classes

Teens are invited to begin their Japanese language journey with online courses created just for them. Through fun, engaging activities rooted in everyday life, students will build practical listening, speaking, reading, writing, and cultural skills while learning alongside like‑minded peers. A great kick-start to their Japanese language abilities!
This summer, jump headfirst into the fundamentals of Japanese language and culture. Practice essential everyday phrases and learn about the defining traits of Japanese through examples drawn from anime, manga, music, sports, fashion, food and more. If you’re totally new to Japanese and want to learn more, look no further for a fun and casual introduction!
Open to middle and high school students. Space is limited; advanced registration required.
