Mother’s Day Brunch: Live Jazz and American Fare at Parker’s, Thompson Central Park
This Mother’s Day, Thompson Central Park invites families to celebrate the leading ladies in their life with classic American fare and live jazz at Parker’s. Nestled in the lobby of Thompson Central Park, Parker’s is an ode to New York City’s music history, and named for the late musician, Charlie Parker. Steps from blossoming Central Park, Parker’s is the perfect spring brunch destination that captures the iconic spirit of New York during the changing season.
Available from 6:30am-2pm on Sunday, May 14, Parker’s Mother’s Day Brunch is available for $48/person with live jazz music from 11am-2pm. Standout menu items include: Parker’s Chicken and Waffles: chocolate buttermilk waffle, cornflake crusted chicken, blueberry sriracha compote, and honey drizzle Brunch Burger: hudson valley cheddar, roasted onions, fried egg, pickles, and comeback sauce Very Berry Brioche French Toast: brioche, vanilla, macerated berries, and devonshire cream
