Polish Folk Dance Workshop 2023
The Polish Cultural Institute New York together with Polish & Slavic Center and the Polish American Folk Dance Company invite you to the 2023 edition of the Polish folk dance workshop.
If you want to learn the steps of traditional Polish dances, distinguish polka from krakowiak, see Polish folk costume up close, and dance what starts every Polish studniówka (a traditional ball for final grade high school students), this workshop is for you. Please note that you do not need to come with a partner to participate in the event. The workshop is organized as part of the Polish Heritage Days celebrations. #PolishHeritageDays
Details - Free of charge - Limited space - Language: English - For teenagers and adults - Minimum age: 12 years old - Kids must be accompanied by adults - No prior dance experience or training required - Two hours of dance and fun with a nice surprise at the end Questions?
