From freezing vibes in December to Summer, the Bayside 5K is BACK!

Fresh off the most successful race ever Launched by Queens Distance Runners, the Fall edition of the Queens Marathon/QDR HalfMarathon and 10K, we’re humbled and thrilled to bring the Bayside 5K to BELL BLVD, 35TH AVENUE AND CROCHERON PARK.

This is more than a race—it’s the next chapter of bringing our events to our neighborhoods for our families and communities to enjoy!

QDR has plenty of history in Bayside, from planting our roots on the Joe Michael’s Mile 5K in 2013, to the Inaugural Bayside 5K back in the Summer of 2018 exclusively in Crocheron Park, and then bridging them together with our 30K Tune-Up in 2019, this street race continues to grow.

COURSE- TWO LOOPS. Heading north on Bell Blvd (traffic is CLOSED) and makes a RIGHT turn on 35th Avenue. You'll see the turnaround point along Crocheron Park, then returns to Bell Blvd where you will loop back to complete one more lap for your 5k.

🏁 Course: A two-loop 5K weaving through Bell Blvd, 35th Ave, and the picturesque Crocheron Park.
