The 2023 Riverdale Run and Fun Day is for families and individuals alike. There will be games and projects for kids, families and a one-mile timed race for all who want to participate. There will be a second heat for those who just want to run or walk at their leisure. Snacks and drinks will be available free of charge.

Kids can enjoy many outdoor lawn games, snacks, and entertainment. The fun starts when the doors open at 8:30AM, and will continue until about noon. All registrants are invited to stay at the Y and swim, workout and enjoy our facility for the rest of the day at no charge.

There will be no race day bib pick up and limited registration. Bib pick up will be May 16-19, at the Y, and you may have a friend/family member pick your bib up if you cannot make it.

ABOUT Race morning will be composed of a number of heats of runners, based on their estimated finish times, a heat just for teens (12-17) and an untimed family heat.

If you sign up for the timed heat you can also run the untimed heat for free! Use it as a cooldown or fun run with family and friends just keep your bib as your entry.

In order to prevent delays to the race, all timed runners must finish their mile in under 20 minutes, and the more accurate you predict your finish time, the better we will be able to place you in the proper heat.
