Timed to the Times Square July 3 ball drop marking the nation's 250th anniversary, The Knickerbocker hosts a celebratory rooftop evening with direct views of the ball drop. The menu features classic New York flavors: a Knick Hot Dog cart with made-to-order toppings, Americana sliders with American cheese and housemade pickles, Maine lobster rolls (warm or cold), sausage and peppers, and assorted desserts. $195 per person — includes open bar, hors d'oeuvres, and rooftop access. A ticket is encouraged to guarantee entry; non-ticketed access is very limited and first come, first served on the day.
