TENET Vocal Artists: Rejoice, Rejoice!
Rejoice, Rejoice!
TENET closes its 2022-23 season with a performance of music from 16th century England. This program magnifies TENET’s vocal artistry and celebrates composers close to our hearts including William Byrd, John Sheppard, Thomas Tallis, and Robert Whyte.
Works to be Performed - Thomas Tallis: Nunc dimittis and Loquebantur varii linguis - Robert White: Tota pulchra es and Magnificat - John Sheppard: Gaude, gaude, gaude Maria, Spiritus Sanctus, and Beata nobis - William Mundy: Vox patris caelestis - William Byrd: Laetentus coeli
Concert Length The concert is approximately 75 minutes and does not have an intermission.
