“A Great Day In Harlem”
Our first major public outdoor event. The day will begin at 12 Noon with the opening of the International Village featuring vendors and exhibitors with items for sale ranging from arts & crafts, jewelry, clothing, unique accessories, international foods and more. Entertainment from the stage is presented in four segments.
1. Artz, Rootz & Rhythm featuring local, community and emerging performers of varying genres.
2. The Gospel Caravan featuring local, national and international gospel performers. With a special tribute to Richard Smallwood
3. A Presentation from Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute - A celebration of the diaspora tracing the journey from Africa through the Caribbean and to Harlem.
4. Concert Under the Stars featuring national and international performers.
Scheduled performances begin at 1 PM.
