elNico - the new rooftop bar and restaurant atop the Penny Williamsburg - will launch Sunset y Sazon, a weekly sunset drag performance hosting a mix of talented local Drag Queens and Kings starting Sunday, July 2nd. The event will continue through the summer months in partnership with Grey Goose and Patron as a part of their ongoing Pride initiatives. Starting at 7PM, guests will be treated to a unique culinary experience - an homage to Manhattan's classic dinner theater history - modernized by elNico's playful spirit. A craft cocktail program, envisioned by James Beard Award-winning mixologist, Leo Robitschek and Chef Fernanda Serrano's innovative Mexican cuisine will set the stage for an indulgent evening overlooking the Manhattan skyline. In an effort to support the LGBT+ community, elNico will donate a portion of the event proceeds to ACLU’s Drag Defense Fund, whose mission is rooted in protecting the freedom to express true gender identity in creative ways providing support for artists across the country. Consumers have the option of purchasing a $25 standing-room ticket that provides a signature cocktail or a $75 prix-fixe seated dinner. Tickets are now available on Resy.
