A museum, a school, and a center for photographers and photography, the International Center of Photography aims to express the importance of photography in contemporary culture. It celebrates photography as an agent of social change, a medium of aesthetic expression, a tool for research, and a treasury for memory and personal experience.
The International Center of Photography (ICP) opened its new integrated center on Manhattan’s Lower East Side on January 25, 2020.
