Blackout! is where SNL meets In Living Color- it’s a fast and funny sketch party from NYC's top talent.
This very special #BlackOut! presentation is a fundraising event to help us get to Canada, baby! The #BlackOut! squad was selected to headline at the Toronto Sketch Festival, and now we gotta get those dollaz!
Featuring all-POC performers, writers, and producers, the #BlackOut team hails from UCB, Second City, HBO, and Comedy Central - you’re witnessing comedy history in the making!
This first-of-its kind live show is part sketch, part sitcom, and all fun! The show is a collection of traditional sketches, comedic advertisements, and character bits, each highlighting different slices of The Culture.
The #BlackOut team is directed by Shem Pennant, and written by @Jazzi_Jeff.
