​ABOUT STRATA OF TIME | HEROK SOLO EXHIBITION

​Strata of Time brings together the work of Korean artist Herok and ELOREA in a shared reflection on time, memory, and the way stories are revealed through layers.

​Herok works with hanji, traditional Korean paper made from mulberry bark, and paint, building and carving back surfaces through a repetitive, intuitive process. Each work holds traces of movement and experience, where time is not depicted, but embedded. This approach resonates with ELOREA’s understanding of fragrance. Scent reveals itself in layers, evolving over time, shaping memory and emotion through its progression. What emerges is not immediate, but gradual.
