It features a five-course coastal French tasting menu with wine pairings inspired by the Loire Valley, Provence, and Languedoc. The dinner begins with a welcome pour of Taittinger Champagne La Française Brut and moves through oysters, citrus-driven plates, grilled seafood, and seasonal coastal dishes that progress from briny and delicate to smoky and decadent, ending with a choose-your-own wine pairing finale.
