Taste of France Wine Dinner
Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke will present the Taste of France Wine Dinner featuring five fine French estate wines paired withe the five courses of Chef Will Lustberg's sumptuous menu. Witness the likes of Duck and Cherries, lightly smoked crispy skin duck breast, spring onion soubise, cherry duck jus, cherry salad with Defaix Frères Bourgon Rouge 2020 (100% pinot noir) and Bison Short Rib Wellington, duxelle, prosciutto, pastry, pommes puree, heirloom carrot, black truffle red wine jus with Domaine des Granges “La Part des Anges” Val de Loire 2022 (100% Négrette). Guest sommeliers will be pouring and giving brief presentations about each wine. Participants will up their wine IQ while reveling in the camaraderie of fellow wine lovers in a convivial setting.
