YPC Joins Grammy Award Winner Chandrika Tandon in “Divine Ecstasy” Performance
The award-winning YPC (Young People’s Chorus of New York City) will bring its vibrant artistry and signature spirit of unity to the stage, joining Grammy award winner Chandrika Tandon in “Divine Ecstasy,” a program that blends selections from her newest album, “Soul Ecstasy,” with works inspired by ancient Sanskrit traditions and global musical influences.
Presented by World Music Institute as part of Symphony Space’s Sacred Sounds of Healing Series and led by Francisco J. Núñez, MacArthur Fellow and Founder/Artistic Director of YPC, the performance will be a transcendent evening of global music, storytelling, and healing.
