Displaced: Stories from the Syrian Diaspora. Join photographer Sara Kerens and writer Majd Taby to celebrate the opening of their exhibit of stories and images from the ten weeks they spent among groups of refugees from Syria and the surrounding region: full of loss, love, hope, and the aspiration of all people to build better lives for themselves and their families. Opening: Wednesday, May 29, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Exhibit on display at The Gallery at W83 (150 W 83rd) from May 29 - June 30.
