Live at the Gantries: STEPHANE WREMBEL
Experience Live at the Gantries—a free outdoor concert series at Gantry Plaza State Park in LIC. Celebrate the rich cultures of Queens with top local talent and stunning sunsets over the East River. Concerts take place on Tuesdays at 7 PM. It’s free—just show up! Bring a chair, picnic, friends—even your dancing shoes—and enjoy a summer of live music in the park!
Stéphane Wrembel is a world-renowned guitarist celebrated for his dazzling fusion of jazz, gypsy swing, and global musical traditions. Originally from France, he is also a prolific composer whose work has appeared in films such as Midnight in Paris and Vicky Cristina Barcelona, and he contributed to the Grammy Award–winning Midnight in Parissoundtrack. With over 20 albums to his name, Wrembel continues to push creative boundaries through projects like The Django Experiment and his latest release Django New Orleans II: Hors-Série, blending jazz manouche with New Orleans influences.
