This year’s juror, Sharon Butler, is an artist, arts writer, and publisher of Two Coats of Paint, an award winning blogazine that focuses on contemporary painting in New York City. Bulter is an accomplished artist whose art practice is driven by a deep curiosity about the mysterious interplay between emotion, intellect and the act of painting itself. She has exhibited at venues throughout the United States. Here in NY, she has had solo shows at CLEA RSKY, Jennifer Baahng Gallery, Theodore: Art and Pocket Utopia. Her work is in collection of the William Benton Museum of Art in Storrs, CT, Eastern Connecticut State University, and private collections throughout the country,
