Strange Animations // MOON
Aesop’s Sound Fables, a chamber folk music and theater ensemble led by Mike Nowotarski, presents Strange Animations // MOON, an evening of original music and imaginative performance. The program features Strange Animations, a live-scored screening of early silent animated films including Steamboat Willie and The Cameraman’s Revenge, paired with original soundtracks. The night also includes MOON, a 30-minute operetta sung in a made-up language that follows a group of humans awakening on a strange planet and forming a new society.
