Annie X Juice Yoga
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. We will also be incorporating our cold press juices during our sessions and patrons will be able to indulge in tasty flavorful juices which revive the body. Leave feeling Annierific!!!!! (must bring own yoga mat)
