Meditating on what matters: Creating belonging
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
For our last #meditatingonwhatmatters discussion we ask: How can we create a sense of belonging in ourselves and for others? In such divisive times, when the fight for racial justice matters more than ever before, how do we move towards equity as a community? We will be exploring this topic with experts from the wellness community, we will be tackling the lack of diversity and inclusion in the wellness industry, how this inequity is mirror to the rest of the worlds. We will also be discussing how and what we can do as individuals and a community to continually come together and unite. Our panel will share their tools and knowledge on how to tackle this challenging, internal and external struggle in the world we live today so that we can all walk away with a better sense of ourselves and each other.
