Belle Shea w/ Elora
Belle Shea w/ Elora Live at Groove | Saturday, April 19th | 6PM Doors, 7PM Show Belle Shea is an independent alt-rock songwriter in Brooklyn, NY. Her music has been called "a masterclass in vulnerability" (B Side Guys) and has been recommended by Steve Ferrone, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame drummer on his SIRIUSXM radio show ("Go listen to it. You'll remember it.") Her songs layer soft, woodsy elements like acoustic guitar, cello and violin with growling electric guitars, buzzing synths, and pounding drums. The music is anchored by Belle's intimate vocals that speak directly to listeners about new beginnings and old patterns, holding on and letting go.Belle Shea has been featured as one of the Official Bands at NAMM '25 and in American Songwriter magazine as one of the top 25 songs of the 2023 Song Contest and winner of the "May Flowers" feature. She is part of the Breedlove Pro Artist program, and runs a monthly songwriter series in McCarren Parkhouse.
Elora grew up in a household of artists, where creativity was everything. Her songwriting evolved from childhood tunes about food to introspective stories of scams, growing pains, and middle school love. Her latest EP, Command Her, explores the dissonance of moving back home, blending raw storytelling with ethereal production. Co-producing with her synth-wizard partner, Theo Walentiny, Elora crafts a dreamy indie-pop sound with psychedelic textures, soaring melodies, and crunchy slide guitars. Her debut EP Command Her was recorded live at Brooklyn’s PM Studios, bringing her deeply personal stories to life with a handpicked band of friends and collaborators.
