Thursday Evening Yoga

This yoga class designed for runners offers a release of physical discomfort and tension as well as a reset for the mind. The dynamic full body movement will promote balanced coordination, tone, and agility, while improving flexibility and mobility, especially in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders where runners tend to be tightest.
