Demo and Dine: Taco Tasting with Tatemó Presented by BentoBox
Fresh off his second James Beard Award nomination, Houston-based chef Emmanuel Chavez will share his expertise on the pride of Mexico—maíz, the cornerstone of his intimate tasting menu from his restaurant Tatemó.
During this demonstration and dining experience, guests will come to understand the significance of this important grain and the keys to perfecting chef Chavez’s tortillas. Bring your culinary curiosity for authentic tortillas and appetite for a taco tasting led by this outstanding chef and proponent of his native Mexico’s prized ingredient, corn.
