A Taste of Morocco
Learn how to make some of the basics of North African cuisine. We'll make harissa, the spicy condiment, and preserved lemons, and then taste three different ways to use these lovely DIY ingredients: A traditional Spicy Chicken, Preserved Lemon and Harissa Tagine; Niçoise Olives with Harissa and Picholine Olives with Preserved Lemon. This class is limited to six participants.
