Live at the Gantries: Insun Park & Generals
Experience Live at the Gantries—a free outdoor concert series at Gantry Plaza State Park in LIC. Celebrate the rich cultures of Queens with top local talent and stunning sunsets over the East River. Concerts take place on Tuesdays at 7 PM. It’s free—just show up! Bring a chair, picnic, friends—even your dancing shoes—and enjoy a summer of live music in the park!
Direct from South Korea, Insun Park & Generals fuse Korean traditional music and mask dance rhythms with contemporary rock to create a bold, high-energy sound. Led by master vocalist and Gangnyeong Mask Dance performer Insun Park—one of the few female masters of this designated Intangible Cultural Heritage—the group delivers a vibrant, boundary-crossing sound rooted in cultural heritage and fearless reinvention.
