Game of Thrones Season Three premieres Sunday, March 31. For fans looking to immerse themselves in the world of Westeros, HBO, in partnership with Time Warner Cable, is bringing their Game of Thrones traveling exhibition to New York City from March 28 through April 3. (The exhibit later moves to Sao Paulo, Brazil; Amsterdam; and Belfast, Northern Ireland.) The NYC exhibit will be located at 3 W. 57th St. (bet. 5th & 6th Aves.)
HBO Canada
The exhibition, overseen by the show’s costume designer, Michele Clapton, focuses on key characters from five of the noble houses: Stark, Lannister, Targaryen, Baratheon and Greyjoy. It will showcase a trove of more than 70 original artifacts from Seasons 1 and 2, plus select pieces from this year's new season. Artifacts include the model dragons, weaponry (King Joffrey's crossbow, daggers and swords such as "Ice" and "Longclaw"), armor (helmets, shields and full suits of armor worn by key characters), crowns, jewelry, books and much more. Fans will be able take their picture in a precise replica of the Iron Throne, and take part in a Blackwater Bay interactive experience.

The exhibit will be free of charge. Exhibit hours are weekdays, 10am-8pm, weekends, 11am-7pm, Easter Sunday, 10am-4pm. Visit GOTExhibition.com for more info.
