(Tony Hall, Jazzwise UK). His 2015 album Beautiful Life (Mack Avenue) was nominated for two GRAMMY Awards: in the Best Jazz Instrumental Album category, and for Best Arrangement (Instruments and Vocals) for the track "When I Come Home" with vocal by Javier Colon. Other acclaimed Jimmy Greene CDs include Mission Statement (RazDaz/Sunnyside), The Overcomers Suite (NuJazz), and Brave New World (RCA BMG). In addition, he's performed on more than 75 albums as a sideman, and has toured and/or recorded with Horace Silver, Tom Harrell, Freddie Hubbard, Harry Connick, Jr., and Kenny Barron, to name a few. This week, Jimmy Greene makes a welcome return to our stage at the helm of an all–star quartet including pianist Aaron Goldberg, bassist Reuben Rogers, and drummer Kendrick Scott.
