On Thursday, March 11, 2011, at 8pm, Molyvos Greek restaurant in New York City (871 Seventh Ave. (55-56 Sts.), 212-582-7500; molyvos.com) is hosting Nikos Karatzas, winemaker of the famous Ktima Pavlidis from Drama in Eastern Macadonia, for a multi-course dinner featuring their wines.
Chef-partner Jim Botsacos and Wine Director Kamal Kouiri have collaborated with the winery and are featuring the local cuisine of Drama along with Pavlidis wines.
